ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
Associate members are a large part of the successful operation of the fire department. Associate members help to manage the business end of the fire department fulfilling duties ranging from secretary to treasurer to scene support.
Membership Requirements:

Applicants must complete the Onondaga Hill Fire Department membership application.

Applicants shall be at least 14 years of age.

Applicants should have a drive to help the community through support of response personnel as well as completing business style tasks.
Duties and Other Details:

Associate members do a range of administrative and general support tasks including: Grant procurement, financial oversite, clerical work, janitorial duties, REHAB support, fundraising efforts, public information releases and public outreach events.

Members are encouraged to attend regular department trainings held Monday evenings, Wednesday evenings, and Friday mornings.

Members are entitled to station amenities including use of the workout room, laundry facilities, kitchen and recreation room.

Members are required to do 8 hours of department work per month.
